No matter the condition of your watch - even if damaged, scratched glass, broken strap, warped case - the donor parts being internal elements - the dial/hands/movement.
Possibility of replacing a faulty movement (e.g., water damage) - an additional charge will be requested in this case only.

The watch is sold separately as an authentic product in its original condition. A separate work authorization is then sent to the client to obtain their express agreement for the customization operations on the newly acquired watch. Work only begins after the client accepts this authorization.
